  1. After some more testing, I realized this problem doesn't affect IE 6. Interesting! Thanks for all your help! Sorry for my English, BTW!
  2. Hi, I have a basic 2 column page with a floating navbar on the left and a content div to the right of it. Inside the content div I have 2 columns of text at the top and paragraphs in one column below.I'm using a br with clear: left before the one column paragraphs so the paragraph text doesn't float to the right of the second column above it. It works, except the br seems to be clearing the floating nav bar and the text appears below a huge white space.If I wasn't able to describe it well enough, check out page here:http://staff.reynolds.k12.or.us/dept/curriculum/Also, it looks like there is a typo on the w3schools page for the css clear property, where it says:Possible Values...both No floating elements allowed on either the left or the right sidenone Allows floating elements on both sides(http://www.w3schools.com/css/pr_class_clear.asp)
