I also hate when someone changes mu mouse pointer, or puts text around or clock...awfull. Ever seen that? Analog clock around your pointer... However...sometimes may be apropriate to change scroll color...but very rarely. And if changed unnecessery can look very baaaad. With the program I downloaded...you can flatten, change color and al sort of stuff with the scroll bar...it's neat. Even though i still didn't use it was fun to see what it can do.
