I don't feel comfortable giving just about any personal information about myself online rather than for something like Amazon, Chapters, and other trustworthy sites. So nobody will never know my age, name, telephone #, postal-code, etc.I've only told aspnetguy what city I'm from a ways back....

    C#

The good thing about the JVM is that Java can run on any operating system, and you don't have to configure it specially designed for a specific operating system.
  7. Yeah, I find flash is becoming more and more powerful all of the time.
  8. I believe you would use XHTML for the form, and PHP to process the form. Also if you want to enhance the form javascript can also come into the picture.

    Configuring CMD

I'm not very familiar with DOS commands, but for my Java again, instead of using an IDE I also need to use the Command Prompt for the applet viewer, and so I don't need an IDE.So anyways, how to I access the CMD for a specific directory, or rather, configure it?Like I mean, when I go Start >> Run >> CMD, it automatically chooses D:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.ATHLON\,how would I change this to I:\Student Disk\?

  19. I just finished all of the basics, creating objects, methods, classes, dislaying output, dialog boxes, data fields, etc.The book assumes you have no programming background so it covers everything in detail. I'm taking a course at Fanshawe so I have to do things in order.I'd like to take a look at more (G)UI like JApplets, JFrames, etc.

I just noticed that the member rating in our profiles is really good for a site like this. When we give could advice or help others, they can raise our rating. If we act like idiots, then our rating is lowered.

    Java Debugger

Yeah, I guess Java's really popular this year.Anyways, I JCreator doesn't have a debugger, and seeing where all of my data is transfering to can make my job easier for glitches.

    Java Debugger

Thanks, there's three debuggers on there that I might want to take a look at.Actually, I'm looking for a full IDE with a built-in debugger, but that can produce fast results and can read all the information and the paths of my program.

    Java Debugger

I'm looking for a quick and easy-to-use java debugger for my projects. I need it to be free, and it doesn't have to be anything to fancy, just as long as it has some good performance results. If you know of or could recommend a good Java Debugger for my projects, that would be well-appreciated.
