  8. Personally. I'd recommend stopping using IE immediately. For debugging/coding i use Google Chrome. Which i think this the best over all browser. Or, use NetScape 8. but IE8 is my last recommendation, even AOL Browser on SAFE MODE is above IE8 for me.

  12. Yes, but mIRC is very popular (no parsing HTML ) and no, no webpage designs, but mIRC can be used in the client to make bots. i have made a fully interactive 100 command bot. in mirc i've even see a bot that you can talk to.

Personally, i'd recommend EVERYTHING.I started out wonder what the heck was wrong with EVERY javascript i made until i double-read EVERYTHING...i went from <input type="button" value="Button" onclick="document.write('Hi');"/>to Full clocks with AM/PM/Midnight/Noon and 12/hr format!i'd personally recommend becoming fluent in HTML, learn the basics of CSS, then start javascript.one thing, dont forget the brackets
