hi all out there, jus a question: is the coding in VS 03 n Vs 05 different?? and if im linking up with a database.. i have a pro with changing the name of my columns n there is debugging errors..y? hope somebody out there hear me:)

hi can anyone ans me-- i need to connect my database with my windows application. which do i use?? sql server or mysql?? thanks :)i have a hunch its sql , any useful resources where i can do self learning tutorials?pardon me as im really ignorant of any programming n stuff yet i have been assigned this proj by my teacher..i will really appreciate and willing to learn more if someone can help me..

hi all out there, im a singaporean student ..currently im doing a c# project.. i need to create a visual studio 2005 windows application that can add delete modify eg sort,filter a database in excel format.However i need to use SQL to link the database to my windows application and i have some problems with SQL. i have read the intro but anybody can tell me how n where to download the sql server and any online resources that can teach me how to link the database with my application .. thanks
