Okay, I'm working on a web site and trying to use DIV, however, in FireFox the middle will not expand any, and it is only a color background. Is there any way that I can get this to work where it will expand without me setting a height setting?HTML Coding: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <title>MLH Web Designs</title> <link href="nav.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> <link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="

Would you rather hear someone say, "It's too pink, it excites me?"Could help it. It looks alright to me though.

I'm sure I'm miss reading this. So I would have what I want to be sent to me in the email and have this coding in there to separate it? \n. Is this right or am I way off base?

If I can I'll try and help you on yours. I'm not really good at PHP, but I guess I should learn that and the other stuff since I'm trying to do a web designing business.

I was wondering when one makes a php contact form. Is there a way to have in the e-mail all of the follow:Drop Down choiceRadio Bullet choiceNameE-mailMessageI'm trying to make one to replace my flash contact form, but I haven't messed with PHP any really, and wasn't sure if I have my coding right. Here is the PHP code that I am trying to use. <?php function spamcheck($field) { //filter_var() sanitizes the e-mail //address using FILTER_SANITIZE_EMAIL $field=filter_var($field, FILTER_SANITIZE_EMAIL); //filter_var() validates the e-mail //address using FILTER_VALIDATE_EMAIL if(filter_var($f

I'm working on making it XHTML either 1.0 Strict or 1.1 haven't decided which I want to use yet. I'm going to try and making the contact form into something else if I can figure out how too. If I make it with HTML wouldn't I still need to use PHP or something?

Thanks for the feedback. I was wondering if you looked at that page in FF, because like I said the middle image was not showing, well for me anyway. I haven't made the footer image yet. The flash is only one repeat, and I have a newer version of it that is a little bit better with a second description tag I guess you would call it. I'll work on the navigation as well. Thanks,Matt

Stupid me I forgot to provide the link to the redesign.http://www.mlhwebdesigns.com/development/phase2/index.htmlSorry for this.

For me the middle image is not showing like it should. Are you able to see it on your computer?

I changed the design, and would like comments on this one. I would also like to have someone explain to me why the coding is not working right with Fire Fox if at all possible. I'm use to using tables and not DIV.Thanks for the comments and the help,Matt

Were you talking about the gap between "Join us today and become a part of the MLH Web Designs family" and the image below it?Also, I have an updated version for the site with a design in the background with different shades of blue. Let me know what you like or dislike about this one.http://www.mlhwebdesigns.com/development/index_demo.jpg

This is just a picture of what I am working on for maybe my web site. Let me know what you think of it...Again, just a picture.http://mlhwebdesigns.com/development/demo.jpg

I appreciate the feedback, and as far as the spelling and grammar. The only thing I can maybe think of would be "to". I was kind of wondering about web site, because I thought it was one word, however, my spell check was saying two, so I changed. I'll admit I'm not the best speller, but who really is, ha-ha?Again, thanks for the feedback.P.S. That design is actually the finished designed, but I am working on a second phase of it with the navigation links as rollovers. Not much color will change with it though, but once I have it finished I would like some feedback on that one as well. Thanks,Ma
