Not surprising to me. Overall I'm a CSS noob. Could you recommend a starting point for this broken code?

http://www.logoworks1.com/wccs Looks fine in all browsers (that I know of) except for IE. Basically in IE the menu and the content is split apart about 100px. I've attached a screenshot. I don't understand. Any help would be appreciated.
