What you need-- is a tutorial for the developementally disabled--such as myself. I'm trying to learn links and anchors, and the harder I go, the further it gets. There needs to be a tutorial for the simple minded. Trying to build a website, I have it in mind that there has to be a file named index. But I'm reduced to jabbering with the href URL business.
