Making Forms with Submissions

Ok, I know how to make the Radio Boxes, Check Boxes, Forms and Submit buttons, but what I need now, is to know how to use them to actually submit information. I want to set up a username and password system too, but I don't know how to do it.Can someone give me an explaination, or a link to a guide on it.THANKS!
