Skemcin Posted September 15, 2007 Share Posted September 15, 2007 it depends on what you want to do an how you want it done.For instance, you can download software that will take an image from a camera every so often and FTP the image to a specified location. Or you can have a video camera hooked up to your PC and stream it in real time.Both have varying levels of initial hardware and software needs just to get it going. What "language" you use from that point really is irrelevant since they all can be used to present your images in any imagine way. Many sites use java, but many just server them straight up.So, a little more detail outlining what you intend to do will allow members to give you more specific and more helpful information.
