Creating an Access ODBC:

  • click start, run
  • paste "odbcad32.exe" in the prompt adn click ok
  • goto the SYSTEM DSN tab and click ADD
  • select "Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) and click Finish
  • in the "Data Source Name" input area, type the name that you want to use to access the database
  • the description field is optional, but I recommend adding something in there
  • In the "Database" section of the prompt, click "Select..."
  • Navigate to the database, select it and click OK
  • When it appears in the "ODBC Microsoft Access Setup" prompt, click OK

Let us know if this helps.
