thesi
Looking through my site, I have several <div> where they are using the same class and have a link to the same web page. Would it be possible to include a link to this page into the css somehow or would I have to do it in the html?
ATM
You could do it in Javascript. You might be able to use the content:; in CSS, but I don't think its supported by IE.
croatiankid
You can't use CSS to define the structure of a HTML page. CSS is only for styling it, and maybe generating content (using content:, but this is poorly supported by user agents), but not HTML. You'd have to use HTML. thesi
Thanks for the quick answer. I thought that it was only for styling but hoped otherwise. Oh well, a change easily made.
henryhenry
I think server-side scripting is the answer. For example you can just make a header, footer and menu and then include one file on every page. That way you're saving yourself lots of trouble changing every link.Eg. http://www.w3schools.com/php/php_includes.asp
