I'm not the owner of the site so I can't say that would necessarily be the hard fast decision, but the focus seems to be true to the code it self and how each aspect of its functionality work and not as much of how all the aspects of the functionality can work together - that is left up to the imagination of the developer.Some may equate this to the suggestion to have AJAX tutorials - where that is just a way of mixing javascript and xml.
