rrdemello
Hi,Is it possible to keep the selected menu item in the a:active color, to show the visitor on which page he is?F.i. I have several white menu-items. When I select an item, it colors red and then I go to the corresponding page. At this page I would like the menu-item still to be red. But that is not the case: it takes on the original white color again. What must I do to make it stay red? Thanks,Ruud
S@m
You are going to need some javascript.I would have a function that tells the dropdown what page you are on.Once the dropdown knows what page you are on, you can also set the background color to be red. jlhaslip
Set a css class to use for the current page name. If you are writing the page as a standalone html page system, you will need to change the 'current' page. There are scripting techniques for php driven pages to do it automagically, but you would need to know some php and have a Hosting service which allows for it.
