Multi-Layout Changing

On my site (Artemis Fowl Confidential) I'm going to add a layout changing feature. It's in frames, so I was wondering if anyone had a piece of code that does the following:- When you click the image, a new full size window comes up with a certain page in it,- The old page exits itself.Has anyone got any code that could do this?Thanks for you help in advance,Matt

You just want to open a new pagein the frame??? Or have the layout change but keep the same content?If it is the second choice then you need a server side lanaguage like ASP to do this.

It sounds to me like he wants the image to link to a new page that is outside of the existing frames. Or to put it another way, when the user clicks on the image, it doesn't open it up inside the frame, but opens it up in the entire window.Matt, Is this correct?

Yeah, but I also want the current window to close then they click on it.

use this

This will open it in the same window but takes up the whole window.This is valid HTML 4 but not XHTML.
