nathanpdaniel
From the tutorials - I understand that WML is XML. But then on the examples, you have something like this: <anchor> Prev <prev /></anchor> Isn't this invalid XML? Are there exeptions made in WML
Ingolme
How is that invalid?<prev /> is called an empty tag in XML.
nathanpdaniel
How is that invalid?<prev /> is called an empty tag in XML. <anchor>prevoius<prev/></anchor> That is invalid XML. A parent node can't have a node "value" (previous) AND child nodes (<prev/>)
Ingolme
But the word "previous" is actually just another child node with node type 3.I made an example similar to that in XML and all my browsers display it without error messages.
