blackpoolwebdesign
Hi there,Thanks for reading. Is there some kind of code/tag or trick like an "include/insert" or "repeat" function for my editing in my website? My website has many pages and for example, if I wanted to change one item on the menu/navigation bar, normally I would copy the new html and copy over the html on all the over pages. Surley there must be a way where it could update the html on all pages when I make a change to a master file say? I have browses many forums and w3 schools but to no avail. Please can anyone one help?Thank you very much.Gav ValentineBlackpool Web Designgav@blackpoolwebdesign.com

blackpoolwebdesign
Oh right. I was searching in the html and css sections. Does that mean I'm going to have to learn php now aswell, or is there another way using html and css? Thanks for your reply by the way. Much appreciated.Gav. real_illusions
The php includes are very simple to intergrate with very minimal html/css knowledge. You just follow the instructions on that link i gave you and you should be fine.Just remember that your files need to be .php to make sure the includes work, rather than .htm or .html endings.
