ah there was a version of IE6 that someone posted on this forum that you could just run (no installation required) at the same time as IE7 but only on XP. I tried on Vista and it won't work. Now we just have to find that post somewhere.edit: I googled and found thishttp://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1188/ie7_use_ie6_ie7_together

:)The other thread is here and has already been replied to also. Repeating my reply below for general awareness while both threads are open. Please see here for some info about this which I put in another postIt was a poll in the forum to find out what ways people were using for the IE6/IE7 thing. As well as using the info in that post, also please feel free to cast your vote there and add your thoughts in a reply to that post which may revive interest in the poll. There were not many responses at the time, and I for one am still interested to know what others think.

Hi. http://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE will allow you to install ie 4, 5,6 on your pc alnog with your existing ie7. I use it for testing. Easy to install - and read their forum - there are a couple of quirks but only if you intend to do serious browsing using ie6 (to do with png's) but if like me you are using it for testing purposes then it is fine. If you are making ongoing amendments and viweing it in ie6 then just be aware that IE6 and 5 etc will require that you delete history - including 'local' - each time you view else it does not always show the updated version instead shows the cached version. Otherwise this a brilliant utility and was free!! It works by changing ie reg values - it removes the version number references so that the different ie versions do not conflict. Good luck.
