On the following pageIntroductionI would like to have the portion on the left (within the border) white, and the "Table of Contents" links on the right in dark green (#006600). I've tried a couple ideas, but the best I can seem to do is get the ToC itself in dark green, with the blank area beneath it coming out in white.
