justsomeguy Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 You should get your host to upgrade your account. PHP 4 is no longer supported or maintained, PHP 5 is now four years old and PHP 6 has release candidates on the way. There's no reason for a server to have PHP 4 these days, if you ask your host you might find out that they already have PHP 5 installed and they can just switch your account to it.
