Prev and Next

Hi.....I retrieve datas from the database, Here i want to display first 10 in the first page. I did that using mysql and the listed the first 10. Now i want prev, next option in that page where when i click the next link it should list me the next 10 as well as the previous also....How to do it..regardsSubha
