Renegade605
Hello, I've noticed that ever since I installed IE8, Safari, and Opera on my PC, any <input> element that doesn't have a font-size specified uses a default size so small that I can't read it. I can't say which installation caused this because it was all at the same time. I don't actually use the program IE, but one called SlimBrowser that uses the IE 'engine' so to speak with a different front-end UI.Does anyone know how to fix this? Ingolme
Style all your <input> and <textarea> elements with CSS: input, textarea {font-size: 1em;font-family: Verdana,Arial,sans-serif;}
Renegade605
I mean on all websites I view, mine don't exhibit this issue because I already have them styled. But (read: any) website that doesn't explicitly set it shows it incredibly small.
Ingolme
Hmm, that's really strange. All your browsers are doing that?I didn't think the browsers shared default stylesheets or user stylesheets. I can't tell you how to solve it.
Renegade605
No, it's just IE, but on all sites.
ProblemHelpPlease
Try clicking the reset advanced settings under advanced in the options tab and see if that fixes it for you. It loooks like something has changed the default settings somehow.
Renegade605
I can't find an option like that in my browser, and I can't look in IE because it won't start up since the update. I'm going to run an MS Update to see if it has any effect.
