Hi , i have a few questions.Is it accpetable to use the <div> element to define a paragraph of text?Is it accpetable to use the <p> element to define a major document sections?How can good XHTML authoring with descriptive markup make Web documents forward-compatible?How might phrase element enhance the fucntionality of your XHTML documents?

Use <p> elements only for paragraphs.Use <div> elements for boxes and divisions that don't have any real semantic value.Your page will work and be valid even if you don't follow these guidelines, but it's about semantic websites.As we go advancing, browsers and search engines are going to learn what kind of information and structure pages have. It can help because search engines can show related pages, or give people an idea of where they're going to find the information they're looking for and what kind of information it is.

Thank you so much for the reply. You have answered the first two questions. I dont know if the last sentences is the answer to the last two questions?
