Hello all. I have finished the layout of my site and I think it looks pretty decent, but I the opinion of some other than myself. Could you guys tell me what I should change? I think that the colors are pretty good, but it needs some type of background... maybe a design? or a solid color? I never was very good at making layouts. Well, enough about what I think, tell me what you guys think.I can't forget the link:http://clonedrone.com/rez/index.phpI am planning on getting a new domain and host soon, so just ignore that it is a sub directory on a cheezy domain :)EDIT:My Site is down right now, please check back later

Well you could put some more content in there instead of the testing stuff. Greens not my favorite color. I would be careful about putting a background unless you fixed it and picked something that would compilment your layout. You might want to make your content box transpearent.

Hmmm... no one else has an opinion? Well, I add in a background. I am not sure if I like it though. What do you guys think? Also, I set the content paragraphs are transparent, but it turns the text greyish...

The color scheme is nice, the website re-sizes alright. Also the hover over a link and have it underline is a nice touch.I will mention, and I mention this to everyone who comes through here that hasn't already is to validate your code. Check outhttp://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&am...rez%2Findex.phphttp://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validat...rez%2Findex.phpAlso the copyright info is too small to read. Now this next thing could just be me. But your news box at the top reminds me of an advertising box. I would tend to ignore it's content, but that is just me. Lastly, this is not so much a critique as a bit of advice in general for backgrounds. It is a nice background, matches the color set nicely, but you want to use pictures or patterns are backgrounds sparingly. As a general rule they tend to distract from the content which is usually why they are there. Adding more content would probably also help. Not many big websites use a printed background, but the ones that do it tastefully do it in such as way that it enhances the content, and not taking away from it. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with your background, but I viewed it on a 19" monitor and there was alot of picture and not alot of content is all.

Not to bad... :) BUT, I don't like the color theme as well... Other than that, i think its off to a good start. I checked some of your code, and can see the effort into it. A long style sheet aswell... is it only HTML and CSS??
