boycetown
Hopefully someone can help me with this - I am building my site : http://makilaban.com/test7When you click on the links you'll see that the pages pull into the index page from a fade and appear function. everything works fine except the blog doesn't pull in properly (the link to the blog is "words"). The reasoning for this is that the blog is a little more complicated and contains its own CSS and isolated pages compared to the rest of the pages on the site (all other pages are relatively simple and share the same CSS). Is there a way I can pull the blog into the site in a relatively simple manner? (Sort of like iFrames I guess but more advanced since iFrames are phased out). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
justsomeguy
Iframes are part of XHTML transitional. You might also be able to use an object element.

justsomeguy
It's just a generic container element to embed other content. I assume an HTML page is one of the things you can embed.

Yep you can. <object data="data/test.html" type="text/html" width="300" height="200"> alt : <a href="data/test.html">test.html</a></object> Source:http://joliclic.free.fr/html/object-tag/en/
