podarum
I'm trying another approach. Does anyone know how I can hide/trim/mask the filename.ext (.php). for example I have a page www.aaaa.com/test.php and I want it to show just www.aaaa.com to the user in the address bar, but if he types www.aaaa.com/test.php he would actually go to that page not the main page www.aaaa.com (so no redirects). Thanks.
justsomeguy
You can't change the address bar without redirecting, if they type in a filename you wouldn't be able to remove that filename without redirecting.
clonetrooper9494
I don't understand what you are trying to do here, but .htaccess files might help you find a solution, look at this post I made a while back:http://w3schools.invisionzone.com/index.ph...mp;#entry124644also read this:http://corz.org/serv/tricks/htaccess2.php
NurAzije
you can use a combination of JavaScript and .htaccessHere is a link were you can view a solution http://www.webmasterworld.com/apache/3323670.htmYou can also make an index page with one DIV, and change the content in it by AJAX but that will not let you change the address ...
