nighthawk
I am wondering if there is a text stroke property? If so, is it widely supported by the browsers? My text color is in conflict with the background images.
jeffman
As far as I know, only Safari supports it:http://www.westciv.com/wiki/CSS_Guide:_Tex...ies#text-stroke
Hemlock
As far as I know, there is no such property described in the Font or Text values. You can try using a div with 0px margin and padding, to wrap that around the text, and simply change it's background color. dsonesuk
well... there is a way to produce a stroke effect, but you won't like it! four copies if original text, positioning, and nnnnaaaayy you wouldn't want to do that, just forget it.
