justsomeguy Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 It sounds like the server is running then, if you put a file called page.html into your c:\inetpub\wwwroot folder you should be able to access that at http://localhost/page.html. justsomeguy Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 I'm not real sure what you're asking, if you downloaded a bunch of web pages and want to run the site you just need to make sure you have all of the files and that they all link to each other. If you downloaded a site at example.com and the index page has a link to http://example.com/page.html, you need to change the link on the index page to just page.html.
