As previously recommended before, most of this stuff can be found here, specifically you would want be looking under the pseudo-class section. Read the whole tutorial first, I wouldn't recommend jumping straight to that section, as it looks like you still need a little help declaring your css to begin with. h1{text-decoration:underline; color:red; font-size:"14";font-family:"Times New Roman Georgia";} font-size should be something like font-size: 14px;and I think you would need a comma between your two choices for font, but i checked and it validates anyway so...yeah. anyway, work on the basics, you're almost there.
