And, are there are good references for learning about it - be they paper or digital?Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Chrome all have pretty good support for CSS3 features. As usual, IE is the most backwards of the whole field of modern browsers. It would be nice to know exactly which CSS3 features IE8 does support... No browser is required to support any of its features, and indeed may find what they do implement deviate from the standard as it progresses.
