Ok im looking for a twitter widget for my site that works with older browsers like NS4 (Sony PSP)html would be preferable but if js or css will work then that's ok tooHelp please

With PHP (or any other scripting language) its no more complicated that reading an RSS feed. I understood your request as being something of the copy-n-paste nature. If you've got PHP experience, just grab the RSS feed link from the Twitter page and code yourself and little app to pull the code in.
