Css3 For Ie

I think I remember there being some Javascript file that could map CSS in IE to make IE support more advanced CSS.For example, if I had a class that had box-shadow, text-shadow etc then by simply including the JS file IE would then correctly render say box-shadow, text-shadow etc.Is this a figment of my imagination? I'm after something that does this if anyone knows of something.
