Hey, I used DIV tags as well :) But yes, I really wish I didn't have to use tables, but it makes things very easy to contain the properties within each table, whereas div tags sometimes build on top/below of each other for the most part.

the site doesn't pass HTML validation though, which is arguably more important. Whatever you're doing with tables, you should be able to do with CSS. Why? Because tables are not for positioning elements on a page. Not to knock the design, which I like, but it's better if you are just starting to adopt proper habits from the beginning. Just merely a suggestion/comment.
