Change Time That Db Adds Automaticly

Hello I have a database where in one column it automaticly adds the current YYYY:MM:DD HH:MM:SS.Now im wondering if its possible to make the db add that time+8 hours or if I can print the time+8 hours instead, if so then how?Thanks for reading.
