Other Funky Xml Attribute Value Characters

hi there,a user attempted to insert a / (forwardslash character) into the database, again this screwed up the XML generated.how can i use a / character inside an xml attribute value? there doesn't seem to be an html entity for it...

nevermind, this issue has been resolved. the problem was an  (a unicode character) in the string.
