HTML and so on are public-domain protocols, so they are appropriate here. htaccess is Apache proprietary stuff. Better to let Apache explain how their technology works. Synook Posted April 23, 2010 Share Posted April 23, 2010 Also, most of an Apache server configuration tutorial would probably be about mod_rewrite, and most of a mod_rewrite tutorial would be about regular expressions, which is already quite well-covered in the W3Schools JS regular expressions tutorial.
