Guest DrGrief
It would be a huge help if I could get some kind of current stats regarding screen resolutions ( http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_display.asp)The fact 640 x 480 hasn't been in use since 2004 was a great aid back in 2005, but most current displays range from double to even triple this, yet they are all lumped into the "higher" category. Synook
Unfortunately, the resolution statistics will vary greatly from site to site, depending on that site's target audience. The best way to gather relevant data is to install an analytics package for your site, and use the information gathered by it.However, I do agree, it is a bit anachronistic to list everything above XGA in one field.
