reading an array

So, I have this array..but I need just the '39' value, how do I get to it? I've tried all sorts of things to get at it but without success.I did a print_r ($array); to get this.Array( [1 Month] => Array ( [value] => 39 [change] => -2 ) [3 Months] => Array ( [value] => 41 [change] => +1 ))
