W3Schools is operated by a small family company, and I believe English is their second language. I doubt they have enough time to translate into as many languages as they would like to, and I doubt there would be enough profit in it to make the work pay off. The good thing about w3schools is that they are updated regulary, but if it exist in more lauanges it will become a huge task to update every time a change is needed.
