alex@thethirdriver
Is there a way to incorporate some sort of z-depth for divs?Z-index will place a div in front of another (render order)... That's not what I want. Is there a way to make like... a text div SUPER close to the viewer, with an element behind it in Z-space, and then the background? - So you get a depth of field-like effect when scrolling down?http://i708.photobucket.com/albums/ww84/li...phy/example.pngThere's a quick mock up of what I'd like. the text div scrolls normally, but surpasses the blue div because it's closer in Z-space. Ingolme
Not without a pile of complicated Javascript. That involves semi-3D rendering techniques which are not any part of the CSS or HTML specifications.
