Bending Lines

So here is my problem. I need to make a line and bend it. None of the transform tools work the way I need. I've done this before, I just can't remember how in the crap I did it. Could anybody point me in the right direction?

All you need to do to bend lines is after you create the line, click on the black arrow tool. Put the cursor in the middle of the line until you see a little curve underneath the arrow, then all you have to do is just bend the line as much as you want.

or for instance if you wanta bend a circle in a spercific place do the same but hold Ctrl + Drag

choose "selection" , click on line then right click and choose " free transform "
