The portal I did make. Failed completely. I did kind a few of them and the links were broken. I been looking unto smarty and well as far as I can tell it doesn't support any thing like that. You will see there's blocks that contain links. and information about the web site. There can be top blocks. center, left and right blocks and bottom blocks.
