The menu is a spry menu for Dreamweaver that uses anchors inside of li's. You can view it at http://sweet-momentum-fitness.com at the bottom of the page. What am I missing? There are a few tweaks that I would suggest, however, given the look of your site, I'm not going to give any "suggestions." The reason being that I think it really does look good.I'm not sure if validation is an issue for you or what it looks like on hand-helds but it looks sharp and well laid out.
