w3 schools web site is very useful to the students . lot of stuff present in this site but still some topics will not cover on the site like SQL stored procedures and indexes and triggers & SQL DBA. dot net (E-commerce application ) tutorials and also update some more tutorials defiantly site get good rank. this is the one way to encourage the students Thanks & Regards, S.L.NARASIMHA MURTHY. :P :closedeyes: :D

@HTML-Is-My-ThingWhat does this have to do with this topic? Are you sure you didn't accidentally click "Reply" in the wrong topic maybe? Or maybe I'm missing something...@murthyW3Schools is oriented towards beginners, and many of the stuff "like SQL stored procedures and indexes and triggers & SQL DBA" is more advanced. Besides, different SQL engines do things differently, and the SQL tutorial is as generic as possible.

well yes it is the best website for the beginners, and basic sql also works differently in different dbms softwares, so if sql can be here, why not pl/sql ? PL SQL has no relation with SQL if we remove the queries from the comparision between the two. pl sql comes with completely different syntax and for beginners it will be a great thing to learn the BASICS of complete SQL from the same website, instead of multiple different websites. Apart from current available tutorials for beginners level, the most important requirement for beginners is OOPS. and it is something missing from w3schools.
