embedded player keeps going outside of container

i put my content in 1 main id container, but my embedded player is making things tough as it keeps overlapping my main container, going into the bodies background colour. how can i keep the player inside its div element?

If the player is too big then it will overflow. You should make its container larger, or make the player smaller.
