My site is still under development ; so that is why probably you found it hard as to how to proceed. Basically this is a site in which people can find out Schools, Colleges , etc in their locality & also read/write reviews on them. Do you know the difference? Does exceptional user value matter to you? Since your site is under development, these still might be relevant and actionable questions.
