on close popup javascript

Can you help me to solve this little problem?

 

When the user click in the close button of the browser, in the same time open a pop up window.

 

Anyone know how I can make this?

In theory you can use an unload event handler to call window.open, but in reality all popup blockers will block that window from opening. In fact, opening a popup when a window is closed is pretty much the exact behavior that popup blockers try to stop, it's the reason they were even needed at all.
