rain13 Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Hi How can I specify font attribte for body element with out causing it's font to be bold in IE? <!DOCTYPE html><html> <head> <style> body{ font: 13px Arial; } </style> </head> <body> <div>sdfsd</div> </body></html>As soon as I removefont: 13px Arial;text will be normal again in both browsers. dsonesuk Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 They said it probably would not fix the problem, the only solution is to force IE9 and above to revert to IE8 rendering, but then you would lose all new features that come with IE9 and above, so you would probably have to live with it.
