Hello. I've been working for days trying to get a js plug-in to fill the browser window. I have set all css to 100% but its still doesn't cause the background page to cover the entire screen.

the site is sbhorizons.com and I am using the .js skdslider plug-in. Below is the HTML:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://sbhorizons_yourstories" /></strong></p>
<p align="left"> </p>
<p align="left"> </p>
<p align="left"> </p>
<p align="left"> </p></td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p><img src="divider.png" width="1547" height="30" alt="sbhorizons.com" longdesc="http://sbhorizons.com" /></p>
<p align="center" class="sbhorizon_bottom_nav"><strong>EMERGENCY RESOURCES<img src="clearspce.png" width="25" height="25" alt="sbhorizons.com" />REPORT ABUSE<img src="clearspce.png" width="25" height="25" alt="sbhorizons.com" />HOW TO<img src="clearspce.png" width="25" height="25" alt="sbhorizons.com" />SUPPORT<img src="clearspce.png" width="25" height="25" alt="sbhorizons.com" />PANDA's<img src="clearspce.png" width="25" height="25" alt="sbhorizons.com" />SENIOR OF THE MONTH<img src="clearspce.png" width="25" height="25" alt="sbhorizons.com" />SERVICE/FACILITY OF THE MONTH<img src="clearspce.png" width="25" height="25" alt="sbhorizons.com" /><a href="SBHAngels.html">SBH ANGEL OF THE MONTH</a><img src="clearspce.png" width="32" height="32" alt="sbhorizons.com" /></strong><strong>CONTACT</strong></p>

<p>  </p>

m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
})(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');
ga('create', 'UA-3415878-12', 'dandywebsolution.com');
ga('send', 'pageview');
</script>
</body>
</html>
Please advise me if you can. Although I've taken two courses in DW I'm still pretty new at this and I'm kinda stumped.Thanks so much.
