redirecting a new visitor to another page

Hello,This is reference to the global.asa file section in asp tutorials. Regarding redirection in global.asa, it is said that:--quote--the example below shows how to redirect every new visitor to another page, in this case to a page called "newpage.asp":<script language="vbscript" runat="server">sub Session_OnStartResponse.Redirect("newpage.asp")end sub</script>--un quote--However, this will only redirect the files in the root with the global.asa. Gives error for files in other "child" folders and seems I cannot use mappath. Mappath does well in application (for db connection) but nt here. Any suggestions?? What am I doing wrong??Thanks in advance,Cello
